K26 Pobeda (Victory) - my first collection :)

June 1930

First State Watch Factory or the 1st SWF - in cryllic (1ый ГЧЗ)

Later it was called the First Moscow Watch Factory or the 1st MWF - cryllic (1ый МЧЗ)

Some of the Poljot watches produced today, are still sold under the 1st MWF mark.

Year 1946

K26 Pobeda(Victory) watch was produced, Josef Stalin approved the name, design and specification

Please look at picture, I bought this watch and loving it everyday. Working well, with accurate time.

Dated back to 3rd quater of 1949

Age of this watch 63 years old

Mr. M. Kalinin awarded the name of Sergey Mironovich Kirov to the 1st SWF.

1st SWF produced the "1st type" pocket and wristwatches - Aviator and Buran watches.

22 Jewels - on watch, the word jewels is written in cyrillic

Case size - 34mm

I bought this beautiful timepiece from a wonderful ebay ukraine seller. Oh, yes...important information, it was advised to buy vintage watches from ukraine sellers :), if you need any recommendation, please let me know.

the maroon watch strap was changed 'coz the originals were dirty and smelly... hee :) was very glad could get back the same coloured strap, it matches very well with the watch
